QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR- BUILDING
Job description:

Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost and variations estimates, interim payment applications and payment certification for subcontracts, materials and plants
  • Carry out measurement for the purpose of subletting, material ordering, variation estimates and final accounts
  • Prepare contra-charge account against subcontractors
  • Assist in the implementation of the requirements of the Manuals in respect of all Quantity Surveying functions
  • Perform any duties as assigned by the management of Build King Group
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
  • 1 - 3 years' relevant experience
  • Fresh Graduate will be consideres as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts
  • Practical experience in NEC Contract will be an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent English and excellent writing skills
