IT Helpdesk/ Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Perform system healthiness monitoring

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks

  • Create helpdesk tickets and answer calls promptly

  • Provide helpdesk support and log/update incoming enquiries

  • Provide first line problem solving and escalation

  • Generate users reports and system statistics

  • Escalate critical and unresolved technical issues to Senior IT Helpdesk/ Operator and Project Manager from time to time

Requirements:

  • Certificate or above in IT discipline or equivalent

  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese

  • At least 2 years of IT working experience in data centre and helpdesk operation

  • Able to work on a 5-day shift roster (shifts including daytime, night-time and overnight) from Monday to Sunday, and Public Holidays

  • Self-motivated, fast learning, result-oriented and willing to work under pressure
