Job Responsibilities

• M&E facilities planning, regular inspection report, repairs and maintenance documents & records

• Emergency situation handling, manpower arrangement, submit incident reports

• Supervision of technicians, ensure maintenance work's safety and quality, handover inspections

• Manage, organize and command large scale maintenance activities

• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned 

• 負責寫字樓物業設施的巡視計劃、檢查報告、維修及保養文件及紀錄

• 監督承辦商保養維修工作

• 處理緊急設施事故情況、跟進承辦商的工作、報告進展

• 監管承辦商的施工安全和質量、進行驗收

• 執行被委派的臨時任務和項目

Qualifications and Requirements

• Higher Diploma and above in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Surveying, Housing Management or related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Building Services/ Facilities Management industry

• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, work independently

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• 持有相關機電/屋宇裝備工程/測量/屋宇管埋高級證書或以上學歷程度

• 5年或以上屋宇裝備/設施管理行業經驗

• 對建築署的合約工程工料估算表有認識

• 持有註冊電業工程人員 (A級) 及安全督導員證書優先考慮

• 具責任心，勤奮，守時，能獨立工作

• 懂使用電腦操作，中英文打字

• 具良好的英語和中文（粵語和普通話）書面和口語能力
