Responsibilities:

• Assist in procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers

• Manage tendering, payment application and certification, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration and dealing with both client and sub-contractors' accounts

• Coordinate and communicate with internal or external stakeholders, including client, project teammates, sub-contractors, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Building or related disciplines

• Minimum 6 years' of relevant working experience

• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A good team player and able to work independently

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for the QS position
