Job Description:                

• Create tailored strategic plans for key clients with clear business objectives and measurable KPIs

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, build long-term relationships, and leverage the group’s global network to deeply understand and meet their needs

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of logistics industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

• Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to clients, highlight key metrics, service levels, and value-add achievements

• Collaborate closely with internal operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery seamlessly meets or exceeds client expectations

• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients and suppliers

• Promote and implement sustainable logistics practices that align with luxury brand values and corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals

• Monitor and manage budgets, profitability, and financial performance for assigned key accounts

• Gather and share systematic client feedback with product and service development teams to drive continuous service enhancements

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in key account management within the air freight forwarding, logistics, or luxury goods sectors

• Direct experience handling high-value commodities (such as precious metals, jewelry, or high-value fashion/watch items) is highly advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilities

• Customer-centric mindset with a deep passion for premium service delivery

• High adaptability to changing client needs, volatile supply chain shifts, and market conditions

• Willingness to travel as required
