How you will make an impact:
Project management in site monitoring and supervision of Building Services’ works on behalf of developer.
Familiar with quality management concept, construction sequence and local statutory requirements in BS discipline.
In close collaboration with project team members to execute construction site supervision in relate to building services installation works as to ensure that works are completed safely, timely, and in compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
monitoring the performance of E&M Contractors in term of attendance, workmanship, safety & health in meeting project prescribed requirements & report to immediate supervisor timely.
monitoring the progress of building services works and workmanship standard in strict compliance to the approved master programme, statutory requirement, specification & prescribed Inspection Test Plan.
Execute the Hold Point Inspections per agreed ITP and routine supervision on E&M Contractor’s works and report any non-conformity observed in systematic way as arranged.
Ensure the working procedure in full compliance with the approved ISD, CSD, shop drawings and method statement etc.
Provide the daily site record, regular BS progress report, attending the regular site meeting & E&M workshops as assigned.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor so as to suit the Group’s need.
What we are looking for:
Higher Certificate or above in Building Service Engineering or related disciplines
Having 8 years above post qualification experience in construction field and at least 3 years gained from Developer
Having 5 years above experience working in Main Contractor is an advantage
Solid experience in handling of the development process from construction stage to handover stage gained
Good command of English and Chinese
Self-initiated to communicate and co-ordinate with interpersonal skills
Good knowledge in using the common software of Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Autocad etc.
