How you will make an impact:
Assist the General Manager – Building Services (GM-ES) in supervising the SBSE and BSE
Assist the GM-ES / Senior Building Services Manager (SBSM) / Building Services Manager (BSM) in E&M installation quality assurance including setting up and refining the Quality Assurance (QA) System
Assist the GM-ES and Responsible Project Manager (RPM) of designated projects to monitor overall management and complete the tasks of E&M installations within time and in good quality with due diligence and accuracy according to the directions in a professional manner.
Coordinate closely with the Resident Building Services Engineer / Building Services Inspector to ensure all E&M installations are inspected and recorded properly and in good progress.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Sustainability Manager / Sustainability Specialist, Consultant Team and Contractors to meet the Sustainability / Environmental targets.
Report regularly to the GM-ES for project related matters including but not limited to progress, constraint, quality, sustainability issues etc.
Oversee the progress of document submissions for green building certificate(s)
Explore new property technologies and their implementation where applicable
Carry out research in new property technologies
Report critical incident to GM-ES as soon as possible and RPM / RPD where appropriate.
Provide technical support to other CCG’s Departments upon the instruction of GM-ES
Perform any other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
Degree or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
HKIE Corporate Member or equivalent international professional member
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification project /construction management experience
Qualified BEAM Pro, experience in BIM and experienced in MTRC / URA property development projects will be an advantage
Good initiative and leadership skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese
