JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Corporate Communications / Community will formulate and execute the Company's corporate communications strategy, focusing on reputational management, media relations, and engaging with strategic stakeholders.

This role will also be crucial in managing corporate announcements, annual reports, and ESG initiatives.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategies for corporate communication and media relations to enhance the Company’s reputation and visibility.

  • Prepare corporate communication materials, including reports, presentations, leadership speeches, press releases, and executive communications.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry stakeholders, and community partners.

  • Support initiatives related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Monitor media coverage, manage communication issues, and assist with crisis communications when necessary.

  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure consistent corporate messaging and effective engagement with stakeholders.


PERSON REQUIREMENT:

  • Proven experience working within or supporting communications for a listed company. 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Public Affairs, or related areas. 

  • Strong background in corporate reputation management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement. 

  • Established network and media communities. 

  • Experience in leading communications projects and managing external agencies.

  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong listing rules, corporate governance, and regulatory disclosure requirements. 

  • Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities. 

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
