The main role of this position is to enable the successful execution and delivery of learning, talent and culture development solutions. This role will be responsible for the planning, implementation and data analytics of learning, talent and culture development projects, including setting-up and producing workshops both physically and virtually, following up on post-solution user interactions and reporting.
Key responsibilities
Support project owners in the project management and execution of solutions
Adopt audience-centric approach to create effective programme communications and manage registration process
Execute multiple projects and deliver high quality services on time and within budget of all resources including monetary, time, human resources
Apply innovative techniques in suggesting and implementing process improvements to processes and procedures
Maintain collaborative relationships across different teams and build internal networks
Experience & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Adult Education, Human Resources, Behavioural Change or related field
Strong project management and project execution skills, including work planning, reporting, risk and issue resolution, budget management, etc.
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English and Mandarin
Strong data & analytics skills. Proficient in visualisation tool, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc. is an advantage
Strong client service orientation – i.e. attention to detail, able to anticipate client needs, strive for excellence in quality of deliverables
