Role Summary
Lead and oversee the organization’s IT security strategy, ensuring robust protection of systems, data, and infrastructure. Drive security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead enterprise IT security strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
Oversee cybersecurity risk management, policy development, and regulatory compliance
Lead incident management, crisis response, and executive reporting
Manage security programs, budgets, and vendor relationships
Partner with senior stakeholders to align security with business objectives
Direct security audits and ensure timely remediation of findings
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing security team
Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in IT/security, with strong leadership experience
Proven track record in security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
Familiarity with frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) at a management level
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
