Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for hardware development of home appliances and kitchen appliance products

• Lead and be responsible for technical evaluations of projects, drafting project scope, transforming and organizing requirements specifications, planning, development, and validation

• Responsible for the complete V-Model process from NPD to MP

• Independently lead project development to ensure delivered projects/tasks are completed on time and with high quality, meeting client needs

• Responsible for defining project scope, translating requirements into specifications, and completing electronic design, including analysis, schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, prototype development, firmware development, and testing/validation

• Manage the full product development lifecycle, including design documentation, issue analysis, and transition from development to mass production (MP)

• Responsible for product RF testing
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related fields, with over 5 years of electronics development experience in the home appliance industry (preferably with white goods or kitchen appliances)

• Strong end-to-end product development capability, including R&D planning, design, failure analysis, and the ability to independently complete product development, verification, and problem-solving

• Proven experience in IoT product development and participation in Linux-based product development, with exposure to high-power control design, HMI/UI development, and system-level integration

• At least 1 years of experience in electronics design and product development, power product experience is preferred

• Familiarity with NPD processes, design for testability and reliability (DFT, DFMEA, PFMEA), and EMS production methods, along with solid knowledge of UL, IEC safety, and EMC standards for home appliances

• Strong project time management, coordination, and communication skills, with experience working with overseas clients and the ability to produce clear engineering documentation in English
