Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HRIS transformation projects, including system migration, implementation, and enhancement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to confirm business user requirements.

  • Provide day-to-day support and continuous enhancement for in-house HR systems developed by internal IT team.

  • Liaise closely with IT team to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate system fixes or upgrades.

  • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance tests (UAT).

  • Provide system training and ongoing support to end-users on HRIS operations.

  • Prepare and maintain user manuals and system documentation.

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline and automate HR processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Prepare reports and conduct data analysis in HR aspects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experienced in HRIS management, SAP SuccessFactors is definitely advantageous.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis / automation tools like Macros, VBA, etc.

  • Organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations is a plus.
