Accounting Manager

Shun Tak Property Management Limited is a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group currently managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. It is also the first Hong Kong property management company accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification in Macau. We are now inviting applications for the following position:

Job Duties:

  • Lead and supervise a team to deliver timely, accurate and compliant financial reporting for a mixed-property portfolio (residential, commercial, retail and car park), including group consolidation, management reporting and statutory reporting

  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing, ensuring proper accounting for key property management items, including management fee income, service charge and cost allocation 

  • Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, procedures and internal controls, drive consistent implementation across sites/BU, and review and enhance controls to strengthen governance and reduce operational/financial risk

  • Drive process improvement by streamlining finance workflows (e.g., billing & collection, AP, cash management, bank reconciliation and reporting) to enhance efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time

  • Partner with operations and property teams to provide budgeting/forecasting support and ad hoc financial analysis for business planning and development projects (e.g., new contract onboarding, tender pricing support, OPEX review, cost-saving initiatives, scenario/sensitivity analysis)

  • Support the implementation and ongoing compliance of the Company’s integrated management system covering Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (QHSE/IMS), including audit support, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting and processed Accountancy qualifications

  • Membership with recognized accounting body, such as CPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalents

  • 10 years or above solid accounting experience, preferably gained in the environments of Property Management

  • At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience & Auditing experience is a must

  • Mature, detail‑oriented, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills

  • Hands-on skills in PC and accounting software

  • Willing to travel occasionally to Macau.
