Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate accounting, which includes the preparation of financial statements and management reporting, as well as supporting statutory audits

• Assist in fund accounting and related fund operations, which includes portfolio valuations and reconciliations, as well as expense and broker soft commission tracking

• Support Transfer Agency (TA) tasks, including processes related to investor/client onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks

• Support routine regulatory compliance and firmwide administrative tasks, as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business discipline with a concentration in Accounting is a must

• Professional Accountancy qualifications (CPA / ACCA / CA) and/or other equivalent professional qualifications would be an advantage

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in a role that supports fund / business operations in connection with corporate accounting (particularly, financial statement preparation), fund accounting, or related roles in financial auditing and taxation would be preferred

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in the aforementioned areas may also be considered

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented and well-organized

• Team player, who possesses a strong sense of responsibility and is able to work well under pressure
