Responsibilities: Handles residents' inquiries and application. Performs general clerical duties and vetting documents. Other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience: Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree, or Level 3 or above for both Chinese Language and English Language, Level 3 in five subjects in HKDSEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HKALE and Level 3 / Grade C or above in three other subjects in HKCEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent, and

Independent, good communication and interpersonal skills in writing and verbal contacts Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Cooperative, willing to learn, ready to shoulder responsibility and able to work under pressure
