Assistant Property Manager - 物業副經理/Property Officer - 物業主任

職責

  • 負責管理指派的管理住宅或商業物業

  • 處理客戶查詢及投訴

  • 處理突發事件及緊急事故

  • 監督及跟進大廈維修,保安及清潔服務

  • 文書處理及撰寫報告

要求

  • 有2年以上物業管理工作經驗

  • 須持有物業管理人2級牌照優先

  • 具管理法團和大廈消防相關經驗優先

  • 操流利廣東話及良好普通話英文

  • 熟練使用MS Office及中英文輸入法

經驗較少者會被考慮為物業主任

提供醫療津貼、公眾假期、有薪年假、雙糧等福利；

每星期工作5天, 9am-6:00pm。

Responsibilities

  • Carry out property management activities within the assigned buildings

  • Handle clients' inquires and complaints.

  • Oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services

  • Handling emergencies and urgent incidents

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma holder in Estate Management or Property Management or related discipline or above

  • 2 years or above working experience in property management industry

  • Relevant experience in managing commercial building, mall, residential and industrial building, and experience in managing company

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

  • Proficient in MS Office & Chinese and English Word Processing
