Safety Coordinator I or Technical Assistant(BW or BS)

Qualifications :

  • Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Building Studies/Civil Engineering/ Building Surveying, etc. from a HK polytechnic university / HKIVE or a technical institute / technical college

  • Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council **

    • Basic Accident Prevention

    • Basic Occupational Health or

    • Basic Safety Management or

    • Construction Safety

  • Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD

  • With positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset

  • Fresh graduates and no relevant experience are welcome too. 

Job Duties:

  •  To supervise the routine maintenance & special works for public housing

  •  Prepare Works orders by using HK Housing Department system

  •  Update all information to ERP system of Housing Department

  •  to supervise contractors to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and  output; 

  •  Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Work Location: Kowloon & Hong Kong Island
