They are currently seeking a proactive, highly organized Junior Supply Chain Officer to join their dynamic regional hub. This role is ideal for high-caliber fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to kickstart their career in a globally connected, fast-moving corporate environment.

• Demand & Supply Planning Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end supply network and material planning schedules. Manage operational relationships with global suppliers to track production adherence, reliability, and contract compliance.

• New Project & Product Launch Support: Support the roll-out of new projects, seasonal product launches, and menu/rotation changes with accurate product order schedules.

• Order & Forecast Management: Generate and maintain accurate purchase orders (PO) and purchase forecast records within the enterprise system, ensuring timely communication with external suppliers.

• Inventory Control & Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor daily product availability across markets. Track target stock levels for global clients to anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential shortages or excess inventory risks.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a core operational bridge by collaborating closely with internal factory, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and sales teams to facilitate smooth replenishment or supply adjustments.

• Stock Optimization: Actively monitor slow-moving inventory and implement preventative action plans to clear obsolete stock and support efficient warehousing metrics.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Open to fresh graduates. Prior internship or part-time working experience within supply planning, demand planning, or merchandising functions is highly advantageous.

• Technical Skills: Excellent computer literacy, with strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, etc.).

• Analytical Mindset: Highly data-sensitive with sharp analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills, alongside meticulous attention to detail.

• Languages: Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to communicate smoothly with international clients and regional suppliers.
