The role:

• Act as the primary internal coordinator for ERP Finance system implementation projects, working closely with business users, vendors and IT teams

• Gather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements related to Finance operations

• Streamline business process to improve operational efficiency, financial controls, compliance, and reporting capabilities

• Participate in solution design workshops, ensure business requirements are translated into effective ERP system configurations and solutions

• Support and coordinate system integration activities between ERP Finance and related business systems

• Lead and execute SIT, UAT, and testing cycles, ensuring defects are documented, tracked, and resolved

• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, training materials, and business process documentation

• Provide clear and structured updates, recommendations, and risk assessments to project managers and senior stakeholders
  

Skills and attributes:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience with ERP Finance systems in difference Finance modules, including at least one full-cycle ERP implementation

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex finance requirements and translate them into system solutions

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to communicate effectively with both finance and technical audiences

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, issues, and project deadlines

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial reports, data analysis, and reconciliation activities

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
