Responsibilities: 

• Network Operations: Configure and support network equipment including switches, routers, wireless networks, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and IP address allocation;

• Security Operations: Administer firewalls and load balancers (e.g., Fortinet, F5), manage security policies, certificates, and support vulnerability scanning and compliance;

• Identity & Access: Support AD DS, SSO, MFA, and related access control services;

• Monitoring & Incident Handling: Monitor network and security events, troubleshoot issues, and perform timely incident response;

• Data Centre Support: Perform light DC duties including rack allocation, cabling, equipment installation, vendor escort, and asset updates;

• Cloud Network Security: Support cloud network security configurations across Azure, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and GCP;

• Project Support: Assist in network and security infrastructure projects, including planning and implementation;

• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for network configurations, security policies, and operational procedures;

• Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support evolving IT and security needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline;

• At least 2 years relevant working experience in system administration or system engineering;

• Solid experience in managing network equipment (e.g., switches, routers, wireless controllers);

• Solid experience in managing next‑generation firewalls, WAF and load balancers (e.g., Fortinet, F5);

• Experience with identity and access management (e.g., AD DS, SSO, MFA);

• Knowledge of one or more of the following is highly desirable:

(i) Network security policy and segmentation

(ii) NG firewall and load balancer configuration

(iii) Virtualization

(iv) Public clouds platforms such as Azure and Alibaba cloud

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant System Administrator / Assistant System Engineer.
