Responsibilities

• Daily patrol of all public areas in the Art Park and Public Open Space

• Handle the visitor enquiries and resolve any disputes amongst visitors to the Art Park efficiently with a respectful attitude and genuine manner

• Inspect the condition of all facilities and equipment of the Ark Park regularly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Report any failure or damage timely and follow up

• Support Community and Education Programmes organized by the Park Operations Team

• Verify the identities of all performers and activity organizers within the Art Park and provide assistance on safety management according to the guidelines of the Authority

• Proactively assist in / introduce cultural tours and activities available in the park to enhance guests' satisfaction

• Report major incidents / crisis to the Authority; and

• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Form 6 or above

• With relevant customer service experience will be an advantage

• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese, ability to speak in Mandarin is preferable

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Willing to work outdoors

• Hands-on experience in computer operation

• Holder of first-aid certificate is preferable

• Immediate available is preferred

• Work Location : Tsim Sha Tsui 

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer (Part-time)
