Responsibilities:

• Identify high-potential prospects and use effective strategies to generate leads that drive revenue growth.

• Initiate contact with potential customers through email outreach or cold calling and follow up on designated touchpoints in a customer journey

• Identify and understand prospects’ pain points to propose solutions, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

• Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition.

• Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition.

• Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to Marketing to help improve targeting and messaging

Requirements:

• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in business development/hunting, selling a complex product with a track record of top performance

• Passionate about sales with the ability to develop and execute strategies

• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving multiple products

• Results-driven and motivated by achieving goals.

• Experience in fintech, payment solutions, or the broader tech/fast-growing start-up space is highly advantageous

• Excellent communication skills that enable close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally

• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills (Cantonese & English mandatory, Mandarin/Chinese a plus)
