Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and control trenching projects to ensure compliance with performance pledges, safety standards, quality requirements, and service targets

• Liaise with stakeholders, government authorities, main contractors and the client to facilitate project execution

• Manage and oversee Temporary Traffic Arrangement (TTA) schemes, including work permit applications and completion notices

• Prepare, process, and submit project-related documents to clients and relevant parties in a timely manner

• Review and certify reports and records for invoicing and follow up on payments from clients and to subcontractors
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with main contractors or consultancy firms, experience in utility undertakings or roadwork projects is an advantage

• Diligent, collaborative, and with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese

• Possession of a valid driving license (Class 1) is preferred

• Holder of a valid Construction Workers Registration Card and Green Card

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Engineer
