Job Duties:
Assist the project commercial manager in handling contractual and commercial matters of the assigned contract(s).
Manage project financial matters including budget review/forecast/reconciliation, payment and project finance reporting.
Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, work and services.
Manage changes to the contract including pursuing the entitlement of changes, additional payment and/or time under the contract, compiling claims for changes/additional payment and time, and consolidating contemporary records.
Handle contractual correspondence.
Job Requirements:
University Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Engineering/Equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years for PQS; Minimum of 9 years for SQS.
Professional member of HKIS/RICS/other relevant professional institution.
Good command of English and Chinese.
Familiar with MS office and programming software.
