Duties:
Responsible for day-to-day programme administration support for the full-time and part-time programmes, including student recruitment, admission and registration, class scheduling, orientations and graduation ceremony
Provide counter service and handle student enquiries
Liaise with academic staff and students on administrative matters
Provide support for secretarial support to meetings and committees
Assist in tasks assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
Associate Degree or above
At least 1 years of working experience, preferably in education sector
Good written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word) and Chinese word processing
Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities are essential
