Shun Tak Property Management Limited is a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group currently managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. It is also the first Hong Kong property management company accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification in Macau. We are now inviting applications for the following position:

Responsibilities :  
 

• To assist in the day-to-day operation of the Clubhouse & answer Residents' enquires and handle their initial complaints

• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception, storerooms and management offices

• To monitor the assigned contractors for carrying out their duties

• To handle the daily charges for facilities' admission fees

• Assist in Function Room for coordinating special function of Residents & organizing recreation programs and activities

• Any other duties as assigned by the management

 Requirements:  
 

• Form 5 or above, preferably in Hotel / Sports / Recreation Management discipline

• At least 2 years’ experience in prestige clubhouse, hotel or similar establishments

• Good command of both spoken and written English

• Present and good interpersonal skill

• Shift duty and work on weekend and public holidays is required
