Responsibilities

• Prepare sales proposal and quotation to clients

• Handle procurement procedure

• Assist to explore potential clients and new business opportunities

• Assist to prepare presentation materials

• Coordinate with internal/ external parties

• Perform customer service duties and provide clerical support and ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Certificate in relevant discipline

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Good Computer skills with knowledge of Words, Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in Property Management sector would be an advantage

• Candidate with sales and customer services related work experience is preferred

• Ability and willingness to handle multi-tasks independently
