Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mechanical team, including engineers and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance

• Participate in project meetings, liaise and coordinate with stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

• Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for electrical operations

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies where applicable

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum 6 years of mechanical project management experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong knowledge of turbines, boilers, pumps, piping systems, and mechanical maintenance practices

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and best practices

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
