Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing cost and variations estimates, interim payment applications and payment certification for subcontracts, materials and plants
  • Responsible for clerical / filing works, data entry and administrative works for Quantity Surveying team
  • Perform any duties as assigned by the management of Build King Group

Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma or above in quantity surveying or related disciplines
  • 0-1 year relevant experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
