BUSINESS OFFICER
Job description:

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for preparing pre-qualification submissions and providing support throughout the tendering process
  • Assist in preparing business proposals and marketing materials
  • Conduct research and assist in preparing reports
  • Assist in implementing external and internal communication initiatives
  • Prepare materials for corporate communications and presentations
  • Demonstrate an innovative, proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced working environment
  • Perform any duties as assigned by management of Build King Group
Requirements
  • Degree or High Diploma or Associate Degree in Business / Engineering with at least 2 years relevant experience (Less experience / fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Business Officer / Business Assistant)
  • 3 years' relevant experience in property development, property management or construction field is preferable
  • Good command of English & Chinese
  • Excellent in MS office applications
