The role:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

• Source goods/services in compliance with internal policies.

• Review supplier performance and recommend inclusion/exclusion of vendors.

• Liaise with business units to understand and fulfill their purchasing needs.

• Process internal purchase requests to ensure competitive pricing and policy compliance.

• Conduct analysis and prepare procurement reports.

• Perform general departmental administration and other duties as assigned.

Skills and attributes:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement.

• Skilled at choosing the best purchasing methods to get the best value and protect the company.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and confident, with good business sense.

• Strong ability to analyze data and communicate clearly with others.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Experience with procurement system software is a plus.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Procurement Assistant.
