Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

Design:

• Carry out design concept and development, preparation of detailed and construction drawings, sourcing and selection of materials

• Work alongside Principal daily for all design tasks and design support

• Support Principal and design team on all project needs from research, presentation creations, and more

• Present the design concepts to the retail stores

• Establish the principles of store design for overseas regions, e.g. openings and renovation projects

• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, vendors and project team members to collect business and project requirements to ensure effective and satisfactory project completion

• Support design projects with AutoCAD and 3D design, space planning, and sketching 
  

Project Management:

• Project Support: Assisting with various project-related tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, obtain quotation, and communication. 

• Tender: create tender documents and budgeting reports

• Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication between different teams involved in a project, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. 

• Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of project reports, tracking progress against timelines and budgets. 

• Administrative Tasks: Providing general administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, building quantity calculation, and managing project files. 
  

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent

• Language: Fluent in English and Chinese communication

• 2-3 years+ working in interior design or architectural firm. In-house experience is a bonus. Experience with handling oversea projects is preferred.

• Experience in retail and F&B projects is sought-after

• Competency in interior design software and tools. AutoCAD and 3DMax is a MUST.

• Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task

• Willing to work overtime

• Excellent time management and detail-oriented
