Job Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with both internal labs and external parties for quotation and clients’ support

• Support sales in calculating costs and capacities

• Project and workflow management

• Acts as technical expert within the project.

• Defines the testing basis, testing programs and plans.

• Analyses test data and interprets test results.

• Ensures that test results meet the requirements.

• Prepares test report.

• Might attend other external or internal events to provide technical expertise.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline

·       3 - 5 years of Customer Service / Project Management experience in a commercial laboratory or testing services environment

·       Strong knowledge of global chemical regulations (EU, Germany, China, US, etc.)

·       Familiarity with Food Contact Materials (FCM) requirements is advantage but not a must

·       Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·       Effective communication and customer-facing experience

·       Proactive, mature, and professional with strong MS Office skills

·       Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
