Construction Manager

We are a leading Building Services Contractor.  To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for high caliber talent to join our company.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees full project lifecycles, manage budgets, ensures contractual compliance for building services projects;

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth daily project implementation.

 
Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

  • 10 years of hands-on site experience in Building Services project operations;

  • Self-motivated and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
