 Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and process outgoing payments, including cheque issuance, bank visit, cheque deposits & monthly bank reconciliation;

• Prepare payment vouchers and review disbursement claim forms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper supporting documentation;

• Maintain accurate and timely recording of all payment transactions in the accounting system and treasury reports;

• Support day-to-day accounting operation including data input and document filing.

Job Requirements;

• F.5 / DSE or above, with LCCI 2;

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or treasury operations;

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing, with experience in Kingdee is preferred;

• Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
