Procurement Officer

We are a leading E&M Contractor.  To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for high calibre talents to join our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proceed purchase requisition including material and service sourcing, quotation bidding tendering, price negotiation, material and supplier master monitoring;

  • PO creation and follow-up, closely monitoring delivery schedule doing pull-in and pull-out as per project status;

  • Verifying delivery note and invoice for payment arrangement;

  • Handling quality issue and material return.


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in procurement, supply chain or engineering related;

  • 2-3 years experience in procurement or supply chain;

  • Proficient in MS Word Processing and Excel;

  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
