日數: 星期一至六(5.5天工作)

時間: 8:00 - 18:00的其中9小時

工作: 常例行檢查；監控和監督外判進行保養；基本辦公室維修工作(水電喉)；確保安全工作環境；匯報緊急事件；協助辦公桌移動；跟進辦公室內的BMO 維護/檢查；視需要與外判聯絡進行相關維修；定期盤點庫存；與設施主任協調並遵循流程和程序；其他臨時工作

工資: 25,000 - 28,000

福利: 12天年假, 銀行假期, 醫療保險(門診, 住院, 牙科, 身體檢查), 酌情性花紅


技工(不需要電牌)

工資: 22,000 - 23,000
