Job Responsibilities
Assist with the daily management of shopping malls or office buildings, ensuring that the cleanliness, security, and facility operation of public areas remain at a high level.
Serving as a frontline bridge for communication with tenants, handling daily inquiries, renovation applications, and complaints.
Supervise and manage the daily work and execution of frontline teams.
Assist property managers in following up on contractor contracts, preparing work reports, procuring daily material management materials, drafting tender documents, and collecting and analyzing data.
Control daily expenses
Assist in handling emergencies
Qualifications and Requirements
Hold a higher diploma or above, preferably in property management or related fields.
Preference given to those holding a Property Management Practitioner (Level 2) license or above.
Preference given to those with 3 years of experience managing office buildings or shopping mall properties in Hong Kong.
Familiar with daily property management operations, possessing good communication skills, able to independently handle tenant complaints and outsourcing follow-up.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and proficient in Chinese and English writing.
