Job Duties:
Take full responsibility for day‑to‑day management of building services projects, mainly MVAC works, from award through completion.
Plan, coordinate, and control project execution, programme, cost, quality, and safety to ensure contractual and commercial objectives are achieved.
Lead and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve technical, commercial, and site issues.
Review and manage shop drawings, method statements, testing & commissioning works, and handover documentation.
Administer variations, claims, interim payments, and final accounts in accordance with contract requirements.
Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, safety requirements, and JEC internal procedures.
Prepare regular progress, cost, and risk reports for senior management.
Support mentoring and supervision of junior engineers and site staff.
Represent the company in site coordination meetings and client discussions when required.
Job Requirements:
Over 10 years’ relevant experience in building services contracting, with proven experience in running projects on site.
Strong technical knowledge in MVAC systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and operation.
Solid experience in project management, cost control, and contract administration.
Familiar with Hong Kong statutory requirements, site safety practices, and building services codes.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage subcontractors effectively.
Good leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Chartered Engineer or membership of relevant professional institutions is an advantage.
