Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, maintain, and support AI applications (including Generative AI, RAG, Knowledge Bases, MCP, fine-tuning, and Agentic AI solutions) from prototyping to production;

• Drive AI-enabled workflow automation and AI-assisted software development to improve efficiency and productivity;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions;

• Assist in proof-of-concept initiatives, pilot projects, and the evaluation of emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies;

• Take up any other duties as assigned by supervisor or Division Head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline;

• At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML technologies;

• Hands‑on with LLMs (prompt engineering, embedding, RAG, and vector search), cloud AI platforms (Azure/Alibaba Cloud) and AI agent development;

• Familiarity with Python, ML framework and/or LLM orchestration framework is a plus;

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;

• Self-motivated and team player;

• Strong desire to learn new technologies;

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant AI Engineer.
