Responsibilities:

• Arrange recreation activities and interest classes

• Perform facilities management within the clubhouse

• Provide administrative support and prepare periodical reports

• Handle emergency cases and ad hoc events

• Ensure high service standard with excellent client relationship management

• Handle customers’ enquiries and booking of clubhouse’s facilities

• Handle club license and other relevant license renewal for club operation

• Monitor performance of operator/ service provides in clubhouse

  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Sports & Recreation Management or related discipline

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Sports/ Leisure field, of which 3 years at supervisory level

• Experience in Clubhouse Management System is a definite advantage

• Customer-oriented, sincere, energetic and presentable

• Good leadership skill and excellent interpersonal skill

• Good command of written and spoken English is a must while good command of Chinese including Mandarin is also preferred

• Proficient in MS Office computer application

• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Recreation Officer
