You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations, maintain good relationship with all tenants/owners, and liaise with supervise the performance of the contractors of industrial/commercial building in Kwun Tong.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline

• A member of relevant professional organizations preferable

• Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSA is preferred

• At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 2 years must be at supervisory level

• Experience in Commercial Building will be definitely an advantage

• Familiar with DMC and BMO

• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and occupants independently

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is an advantage

• Strong in report writing

• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc

• Candidate with more experience will be also considered as Assistant Property Manager
