The role:

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and drafting contracts and other legal documents

• Maintain the Company’s trademark portfolio records, tracking renewal dates and assisting with trademark filings

• Perform a variety of legal assignments and manage routine administrative matters

• Assist in preparing and maintaining internal filing records and systems

• Provide general support to the Legal Department

• Perform legal research and ad hoc tasks as required

Skills and attributes:

• Degree in Law or Degree with exposure to legal studies

• Minimum of 2 years of legal work experience

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in spoken Mandarin
