大眾安全警衞(香港)有限公司. 成立於1977年, 早已建立一套有效及良好管理系統,並累積不同類別設施的豐富保安服務經驗。由於擁有強大人力資源及靈活調配管理,「大眾」不斷為各著名客戶提供優質場地保安管理,例如為香港會議展覽中心提供其展覽中心及各類展覽活動之保安工作;為香港馬會沙田及快活谷馬場保安服務及 2008年奧運馬術項目保安工作。此外, 「大眾」亦專於為各著名零售商客戶(例如珠寶商店) 及辦公室客戶提供不同類形的保安服務。
特遣保安主任

崗位內容：

  • 大型活動保安支援：負責活動現場的人流管理、出入口管制及場地周界巡邏，確保活動全程安全有序。
  • 專項任務執行：按實際需要即時調配至不同場館或項目執行特別勤務，保持高度警覺與專業形象。
  • 常規安保職責（於指定物業駐守期間）：執行定時巡邏、監控系統值守、突發事件初步處理，並按需要於商業大廈或住宅物業提供輪值替更服務。
  • 公眾服務協作：主動、得體地接待訪客，提供指引、基本諮詢及其他適切協助，展現良好溝通技巧與服務意識。
  • 彈性應變能力：配合營運需求調整工作地點與班次安排；維持良好體能狀態與紀律表現，以勝任前線高強度勤務。


工作要求：

  • 具備自信與穩定情緒，能獨立承擔面向公眾之職務；
  • 參與大型活動及特殊勤務任務；
  • 對人羣管理或活動運作有基本認識；
  • 調配於香港各區不同場館及項目場地；
  • 具運動員、體育教練、健身指導或相關領域背景者優先；
  • 具備良好溝通能力，粵語為必須，英文及普通話為加分項；
  • 中學文憑或以上學歷；
  • 具1–3年相關工作經驗（非保安行業背景亦歡迎申請）；
  • 須為香港永久性居民，符合本地就業資格；
  • 需配合輪班安排，每周七天均可能排班。
