IT Support (RPA)

Our client is a garment/textile company currently seeking an Internal IT Support resource with RPA experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contributor to the company’s digital workflow initiatives by building automated processes using UiPath to boost overall productivity.
  • Create solution designs and technical outlines; troubleshoot during each phase of delivery and recommend improvements to strengthen reliability, speed, and precision.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into automation flows; develop and validate solutions, conduct system testing, maintain supporting documentation, and deliver hands-on guidance for internal teams.
  • Partner with the IT function to design, launch, and refine internal tools and business systems.
  • Monitor daily digital operations to ensure dependable performance; troubleshoot issues, improve workflows continuously, and uphold quality standards.
  • Based on organizational priorities, assist with assessing, deploying, and maintaining web platforms, cloud-based services, AI-enabled capabilities, and other new technologies.
  • Take on additional tasks and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree holder 
  • Experience in supporting RPA development
  • Good in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Phython, Unipath etc
  • Good command in both English and Chinese .
