Sales Administrator (Engineering / Up to 25K)

Our clients, an Engineering company is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Sales Administrator.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for supporting sales team on contracts and orders handling
  • Prepare and issue monthly budgeting reports and GP reports etc.
  • Collaborate with finance team of payments and discrepancies issues.

Desired Skills & Abilities:

  • 2+ years’ sales assistant / sales coordinator / sales administrator experience in engineering industry is highly preferable
  • Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
