Manager, Client Development

 Job Description:

  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Manage end-to-end deal process from lead generation, negotiation to contract closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and develop business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Frequently travel to Mainland China for client meetings and business development activities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of solid business development / sales experience
  • Proven track record in end-to-end deal closing and achieving sales targets
  • Strong network and experience working with Mainland China market
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Willing and able to travel frequently to Mainland China
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
