Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee repair and maintenance works for the group’s properties
• Ensure proper operation of various systems, including electrical installations, fire protection, plumbing, security, elevators, and air conditioning, etc.
• Monitor contractor services and operational progress
• Coordinate repair work with contractors to ensure compliance with company’s requirement
• Propose improvements and provide constructive suggestions in the relevant work area
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; building engineering management experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs
• Experience in air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical works
• Holder of a Grade A Electrical Worker License issued by the EMSD
• Basic computer skills and good written English & Chinese
• Strong communication skills, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with local building regulations and codes
• 5.5 working days per week
• 9 working hours per day (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00; Saturday 09:00 – 12:30) Rest Day on Sundays and public holidays (bank holidays)

Monthly Salary :

HK$30,000- HK$35,000
