Project Executive (Sha Tin, 5 days work)

Job Duties:

  • Communicate with end users, internal parties and vendors for project implementation
  • Provide project and administrative support:
  • Taking dictations and minutes during meetings
  • Collect goods and arrange goods delivery / storage
  • Maintain inventory record
  • Disposal handling
  • Escorting vendors
  • Consolidating inventory list (with excel), meeting arrangement (meeting invitation, agenda, taking minutes with action items) and administrative management

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
    At least 2-3 years' experience in project management 
    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise effectively with end users, internal teams, and external vendors
    Proven ability to provide project and administrative support, including meeting coordination, dictation, minute‑taking, and preparation of agendas.
