Web Developer (Node.js/Angular, over $35K)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in system analysis, design, implementation, documentation, testing, and maintenance of management systems.
  • Design and implement client‑side features using Angular and HTML5, including view models, data binding, and local storage.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain microservices using Node.js (NestJS) and RabbitMQ.
  • Perform database design, programming, performance tuning, and system administration using MVVM design.
  • Evaluate hardware/software and prepare technical proposals for IT equipment and services.
  • Update system design documents, operation procedures, contingency plans, and other technical documents.
  • Provide support and perform compatibility tests across browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
  • Liaise with users/vendors, monitor, repair, recover systems, and provide training/helpdesk support.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years in IT application development, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Frontend expertise: Solid experience with HTML5 and Angular.
  • Microservices expertise: Strong background in Node.js (NestJS, Express).
  • Agile methodologies: Knowledge of Scrum and tools such as Azure and GitLab.
  • Programming languages: Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins) is a plus.
  • Experience with MongoDB is a strong plus.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Flutter is a plus.
  • System & database design: Strong knowledge and experience required.
  • Have experience in government‑related project is a plus
